All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. After that, delivery time depends on the destination:
- Domestic (Spain): 3 business days (standard shipping) or 1 business day with express shipping (24h).
- European countries: 4-7 business days.
- International (outside Europe): 10-15 business days.
- United States: 10-15 business days.

There are two simple ways to measure your finger without needing to print anything:
- Take a ring that fits you well and measure the inner diameter with a ruler (from one side to the other, on the inside).
- Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it crosses, and measure that length (the circumference).
On each product page you’ll find a size calculator (“Size Guide”) where you can enter this measurement and it will tell you the exact size.

If your size falls between two sizes on the list, we recommend choosing the larger one for extra comfort. If you need a special size, contact us and we’ll make the piece to measure.
Yes, all jewelry can be returned in the following cases:
- The piece arrived damaged.
- The requested size is incorrect.
- The customer wants to exchange the piece for another item.
Returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the shipment, and the piece must arrive with no visible signs of use.
If the piece arrived damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. In all other cases (size or item exchange), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the corresponding new shipping costs will need to be paid.

All Marteliè jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver. In a container with warm water, add a little soap and clean the piece with a small brush (toothbrushes work very well, since they’re soft and won’t scratch). For gold-plated or black rhodium-plated jewelry, handle with extra care.
- Don’t sleep while wearing your jewelry.
- Avoid contact with soaps and detergents, which can damage the shine and plating.
- Don’t swim in pools or the sea while wearing your jewelry: chlorine and seawater can damage it.
- Don’t exercise while wearing your jewelry: sweat can cause it to lose its shine.
- Avoid applying perfume or cologne directly onto your jewelry.
