Shipping
All orders will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours from their receipt.
Registered mail shipping
Delivery time for national orders is 3–4 working days from the time the order is processed, except for the Canary Islands*. Shipping costs are €5 for orders under €80 and free for orders above this amount.
Delivery time for orders to European countries is 4–5 working days from processing. Shipping costs are €8 for orders under €200 and free for orders above this amount.
Delivery time for international orders outside Europe is 8–10 working days from processing. Shipping costs are €10 for orders under €300 and free for orders above this amount.
Shipping via Oxperta
Delivery time for national orders is 24–48 hours from processing, except for the Canary Islands*. Shipping costs are €10 for orders under €80 and free for orders above this amount.
Delivery time for orders to European countries is 3–4 working days from processing. Shipping costs are €45 for orders under €200 and free for orders above this amount.
The maximum delivery time for international orders outside Europe is 7 working days from processing. Shipping costs are €70 for orders under €300 and free for orders above this amount.

Exchanges and returns
All jewellery items may be returned in the following cases:
- The piece is damaged.
- The requested size is incorrect.
- The customer wishes to exchange the piece for another item.
Returns must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the shipment, and the piece must arrive without obvious signs of having been used.
If the piece arrived damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. In other cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the new corresponding shipping costs must be paid.
